Branded Bottled Water for Gyms, Studios and Spas

AquaVia supplies gyms, studios and spas across Delhi NCR with own-branded bottled water — 1 litre for training floors, 500ml for front-desk retail and classes, 250ml for spa and treatment rooms. Minimum orders start at 100 units, a unit being a case of 12 litre bottles and BOPP labels survive sweat and condensation.

The front desk is a shop

Most gyms in NCR sell bottled water at the desk and treat it as a courtesy rather than a line of business. It is worth reconsidering, because the economics are unusually good and the barrier is unusually low.

A member who forgot their bottle will buy one at whatever the desk charges — the alternative is a worse workout. That is close to inelastic demand at the point of sale. Selling a national brand there means accepting a retail price the member already knows and a margin the brand has set for you.

Own-branded water changes both. The purchase cost is lower, and the price is no longer anchored to a figure on every corner-shop shelf. It also stops being a commodity transaction and starts being part of the facility — the same reason a studio brands its towels.

Labels in a wet environment

This category is second only to events for label failure, and for the same reason: everything is wet.

A gym bottle is taken from a chiller, carried in a sweating hand, set down on a wet bench, and often carried in a bag with damp kit. Paper labels mark within minutes and look tired by the end of a single session — which is precisely the wrong signal from a facility selling discipline and cleanliness.

BOPP film, without exception. It holds colour, resists abrasion and does not care about condensation.

Design note: gym and studio branding is usually built around a bold mark, and a bold mark on a 1 litre bottle carried across a training floor is genuinely visible advertising inside your own facility — including in the photographs members post.

What the bottle says about the facility

Wellness businesses sell an environment. Members are paying for a place that feels well-run, and they read that from the details — the state of the changing rooms, whether the equipment is maintained, whether anything is improvised.

A branded bottle sits in that same register. It is a small object handled by every member, and it either matches the rest of the facility or it does not. A studio with considered branding on the walls and a random collection of supermarket bottles at the desk has a visible seam in it.

This is a modest effect and we would not oversell it. But it costs about five rupees a unit and it is one of the very few branding decisions that pays for itself through retail.

Ordering rhythm for a single site

A single gym is buying a quarter or two of supply at the minimum, not a fortnight of it: 145 units of 500ml is a case count, and at 24 bottles a case that is 3,480 bottles. The 1 litre batch of 100 units — 1,200 bottles — is the smaller commitment of the two.

Storage tends to be the constraint rather than budget — floor space in an NCR studio is expensive, and a month of stock in it is a poor use of the room. A fortnightly or weekly scheduled dispatch keeps the storeroom small and moves the account towards the better rate tiers.

For chains and multi-studio operators, consolidating across sites improves the tier for every location, with delivery split by address.

Frequently asked questions

What size water bottle is best for a gym?

1 litre for the training floor, because it covers a whole session without a refill. 500ml for front-desk retail and group classes, where it is a single serving and an impulse purchase.

Can a gym sell its own branded water at the desk?

Yes, and it is usually better business than stocking a national brand — lower purchase cost, and a retail price that is not anchored to a figure every member already knows from the corner shop.

Which label material survives a gym environment?

BOPP film. Gym bottles are handled with wet hands, set down on wet surfaces and carried in bags with damp kit; paper labels look tired within a single session.

What is the minimum order for a single studio?

One batch: 100 units of 1 litre, 145 of 500ml or 180 of 250ml. A unit is a case, so that is 1,200, 3,480 and 6,480 bottles. For a single studio the 1 litre batch is the realistic starting point, taken on a scheduled dispatch so the storeroom is never holding all of it.

Do you supply spas and treatment rooms as well?

Yes. 250ml is the usual choice there — offered after a treatment as a courtesy, where the size reads as considered rather than functional.

Which areas does AquaVia deliver to?

Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Greater Noida, Faridabad and Ghaziabad. Deliveries outside Delhi NCR are quoted case by case.

How long does an order take?

A digital label proof comes back in 24–48 hours. Once you approve it, production and delivery run 2–3 business days. Rush orders are possible — say so when you enquire.

Can I see a sample before committing to a bulk order?

Yes. Message the sales desk on WhatsApp at +91 76248 03460 or email info@aquaviaworld.com with your logo and rough quantity, and we will arrange a sample bottle.
